10RM is gym management software for CrossFit boxes and small independent gyms. Booking, payments, member app, programming and CRM — one flat price, locked in for the first 10 gyms. No contract.
Obligation free. We set your gym up and walk you through it before you pay anything.
The owner's view: who's about to quit, and why
Not a starter tier. Not a base plan with paid add-ons waiting behind it.
Everything 10RM
does, for every gym, at one flat price.
Locked at $97 for as long as you stay subscribed.
Three things, and we'd rather you hear them from us. We don't build your gym's website. Lead-capture landing pages and funnels are included, but the main site stays yours and we run booking and payments behind it. Door access works through your existing access-control provider, and their hardware and subscription is between you and them. And your members use the 10RM app, not an app with your gym's own logo on it; a white-label app is the one add-on the big platforms sell that we don't. Everything else in the feature list is in the $97.
Obligation free · no card to start · cancel anytime
Gym management software pricing compared: 10RM, PushPress, Wodify, Zen Planner, Gymdesk and
Mindbody.
List prices, card rates included, checked quarterly. We'll even tell you what
they do that we don't.
The card rate matters more than the sticker price. For a gym processing $22,500 a month, every 0.1% above Stripe's rate costs about $22 a month — so PushPress Free's 4.99% is roughly $470 a month hidden inside a plan advertised as free. That is more than double the highest software fee in this table.
| Platform | Software | Card processing | Marketing/CRM | Programming | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10RM | $97 flat | Stripe at cost · 2.9% + 30¢ | Included | Included | None |
| PushPress | $0–$229 | 2.75–4.99% + 30¢ | +$329/mo | +$79/mo | None |
| Wodify | $199+ | 2.6% + 25¢ top tier others not published | Email all tiers CRM upper tiers | Add-on | None |
| Zen Planner | $99–$289 | Not published | +$249/mo | Tracking incl. content extra | None |
| Gymdesk | $75–$200 | 2.9% + 30¢ | Included | Included | None |
| Mindbody | $79+ tiers not published | Not published | Not published | — | 12–36 mo or 90-day min |
List prices verified against each vendor's own pricing page, linked above, and checked quarterly. Card rates are what the platform charges on your members' payments. Zen Planner and Mindbody don't publish theirs and Wodify publishes only its top-tier floor, so those cells say so instead of guessing. Watch the per-transaction fee as well as the percentage: 15¢ a charge is another $22 a month at 150 member payments. Fair's fair: a branded app with your gym's own name and logo is a paid add-on on most platforms — published prices run $39 to $100 a month, plus your own Apple and Google developer accounts — and 10RM doesn't offer one; your members use the 10RM app, included. PushPress Grow includes hosting for your gym's website; 10RM builds lead-capture landing pages and funnels but not a hosted gym site. Mindbody's marketplace commission is 20% capped at $30, charged once per new client, and only on clients who find you through their app. Door access is a separate spend on every platform including ours.
Price is the easy part. What costs you money is glitches during peak classes, downtime at 6am,
and support that replies without ever fixing.
So here's where we stand.
Before 10RM, Nick built financial software, the kind that isn't allowed to go down or be almost right. That's the discipline the whole platform is built with. Tested, reliable code that's still standing when the 6am class walks in.
The founding 10 get a direct line to the people who actually build 10RM. Not a chatbot, not a ticket queue, not "have you tried logging out."
Member payments land in your own Stripe account. Every charge, every fee, every payout, visible to you. No mystery re-charges, no money you can't trace.
Some gym software feels like a Windows XP program from 2005.

Next class, sessions this week, the streak they don't want to break, and what's coming up. No second portal, no separate booking site, no "which login was it again."
The week ahead, how full each class already is, reserve or cancel without texting a coach at 9pm to get off Saturday's list.
Every score from every class, ranked and split by RX, Scaled and Beginner, so a first-timer still lands on a board they can win.
Estimated 1RM charted across every attempt, lift by lift, with each rep max marked estimated or actual. Progress a member can see is progress they don't cancel.
Today's classes, how full each one is, who's confirmed, and check them in from the same screen. The floor, before you step onto it.

No contract, no setup fee, and we do the migration for you.
Stop duct-taping five platforms together.
Every tool a box or small gym needs to run and
grow, in one place, talking to each other.
I'm Nick. I'm a software developer from Australia who got tired of watching gym owners pay $300 a month for software that barely works on a good day. So I built 10RM. Everything a gym needs, nothing it doesn't, one flat price. No investors to answer to, just a better product. Email us and you get Ash or me, not a sales team.
I'm Ash. I'm the marketing half. My job is getting 10RM in front of the gym owners it was built for, and making us easy to deal with once you're here: no sales team, no demo gauntlet, nobody chasing you down. Nick keeps the platform solid. I keep us honest.
That's the real reason unhappy gyms stay put, and we built the whole switch around killing it.
The first 10 gyms get white-glove migration, done for you, free.
Pay your first month. That's it, spot 1 is yours and $97 is locked.
Members, memberships, plans, payment schedules, attendance history. We do the migration, usually inside a weekend.
No contract. Your data exports any time you want it. We have to keep earning you.
No contract · no setup fee · export everything, any time
On saved cards: if your current platform runs on Stripe, your members' payment details move with them. If you're locked to another processor, members add a card once at first login. We'll tell you which one you are before you pay us a cent.
Because it's flat and we keep costs boring. The fee comes out of your Stripe payout automatically, card processing passes through at Stripe's actual rate with zero markup, and we don't run a sales team. No revenue share, no percentage of your payments, no add-on catalog.
The price goes up and it doesn't come back down. Gym 11 pays $127 a month under 60 members or $247 up to 300. Founding gyms stay at $97 for as long as they stay subscribed, whatever size they grow to under 300 members.
You leave. There's no contract, no cancellation process, no retention team, no "three months to finish your cancellation." Your member data, payment history and programming export in full, any time, free. If we stop being worth $97 a month, you should go, and we build the product knowing that.
If your current platform processes through Stripe, no. Saved cards migrate with your members. If you're locked to a proprietary processor, members add a card once at first login, and we'll tell you which situation you're in during the switch call, before you commit.
You reach the people who build the product, directly. The founding 10 are 10 gyms on purpose: small enough that every one of you has our number, and a bug that costs you money is an emergency for us, not a ticket. And "must be something you did" is banned in our support replies.
You give us access to your current system's export, we map members, memberships, payment schedules and history into 10RM, you check it, we flip the switch. Usually a weekend. For the founding 10 it's done for you, free.
First 10 gyms only. When spot 10 fills, this price is gone for good.
Spot 1 of 10 is open $97 locked for as long as you stay
